Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat English muffin, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • ½ banana sliced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons Benefiber powder

Directions

  • In a small bowl mix peanut butter and Benefiber until thoroughly combined.
  • Spread peanut butter mixture on half of the toasted English muffin, top with banana and drizzle with honey.
